Midlife Agency was created to help businesses support women in the workplace who are navigating midlife, and to help women feel empowered to advocate for themselves. 

 

Bringing together experts and knowledge in accessible formats, our programmes are designed to fit the audience with a series of modules that can be combined. We exist to clear facts from fiction as women take agency of their own unique midlife and menopause experiences.

A series of programmes, led by professionals, designed to fit the needs of your business and employees.

We work with clients to deliver a workplace programme of facts, expertise and experience. Offering both employee and management materials to cover all aspects of menopause, midlife issues and relevant areas of health and wellbeing.

Our programme delivery is flexible to fit with the exact needs of your business. Select the modules you require and we will work with you to promote them, organise, host and deliver online or in-person, as well as helping to evaluate the impact.

Who do we work with?

Previous participants have given feedback that this course showed the company they work for takes issues of midlife seriously and that investing in this area shows ‘I’m working in an organisation who cares’.

You might be a charity or a corporate organisation, large or small, looking for new support in menopause and midlife or a refresher of content you already have.

 

We have extensive experience in the voluntary, cultural, publishing, medical, advertising, pharmaceutical, education, charities, broadcast and hospitality industries. We know the challenges in each sector are unique.

 

We can work entirely independently or in collaboration with internal departments such as HR; Health, Safety and Wellbeing; and EDI.
